Custom Products:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom products if what was chosen and ordered was delivered. Please be sure to measure your horse properly before placing your custom order. Our products are true to size...so whatever your horse measures is the size you will need to order. Since our products come in 2 inch increments if your horse measures an odd number you will order the next size up.
